This one surprised me.
It really did.
Yesterday morning at the grocery store.
(Yes I prefer to do my grocery shopping early on Sunday's)
I was waiting in the juice isle for someone to catch up.
No big deal but as I waited a older woman came along and needed to see something on the shelf behind me.
Realizing this I quickly moved my cart back several feet.
She thanked me and I told her it wasn't a problem as I was waiting anyways. Then I went back to reading the organic peanut butter jars.
She then got what she wanted, turned to me and said quite cheerfully:
Thank you again miss, and happy Mother's Day. If there is a reason for it."
...
Did I fail to mention I was in boy mode? Not even attempting anything but my regular voice when I talked to her. It isn't very deep to begin with.
Yeah that one completely caught me off guard and I had nothing to say in response other then thank you.
You so could have knocked me over...
...with a feather.

OK I'm jealous...
I get that on the phone, but I don't think anyone is going to make that mistake in person with me...
Well done.

lol I still can't figure it out myself. Usually I get this when I have a hat one, since it hides the masculine shape of my hairline. Yet this time I had gotten up and styled it though it was gelled up to look more like a boy.
hehehe awww dont you love those moments ! =)
Well, apparently you have crossed the Rubicon, as far s your appearance is concerned. I guess there's no point in pretending to be a boy anymore!

@Melissa, but I still kinda have to be. Also I still get sir'd enough to know it isn't as flawless as could be. I do get ma'amed more now, but still less then the majority of the time.
I'll be more convinced of crossing over when being sir'd becomes the exception.
This one just floored me because of what she said.
