With NBC stupid tape delay and my busy night last night I didn't get to watch the entire women's downhill event before the sleep fairy claimed me.
I have been diligently avoiding news outlets so that I might be able to finish it tonight.
I so prefer watching these events live.

I heard on NPR yesterday evening that Lindsey Vonn had won the women's downhill, and my instant reaction was $#!+, why did you have to go and tell me that? Then because I didn't know exactly when it would be televised, I missed it, tuning in just after it had been shown. NBC repeats the whole thing after the 11:30 PM news, so I figured I would catch it on the rebound, but it was well after 2:00 AM when it was shown again, and I was nodding in and out of sleep. I nodded off just as she took off, then woke back up just as she was crossing the finish line! Grrrrr!
